10 REASONS TO GET BEACHBODY ON DEMAND

You have probably heard about Beachbody on Demand but maybe still have a few questions.

After falling in love with these home workouts a few years ago, I became passionate about telling others about how great they are. I signed up as a Beachbody coach.

My goal now is to help busy moms live a healthy, practical, and JOY filled life.

WHAT IS BEACHBODY ON DEMAND?

It is an on demand library subscription of TONS of workout videos from multiple trainers. There are also nutrition programs (2B Mindset and Portion FIX) to help with weight loss, supplements, and so much more! Right now though, we are focusing on just the workouts.

1. BEACHBODY ON DEMAND SAVES YOU MONEY.

Okay guys, this alone could be reason enough to get it.

A Beachbody on Demand membership is $99 a year.

If you do a little math, that comes out to $8.25 a month. That is a phenomenal deal!

2. WORKING OUT AT HOME IS CONVENIENT. 

This is such a great way to workout, right in the comfort of your living room.

There is no need to leave the house, worry about your workout outfit, how you look, your hair, your commute, traffic, etc.

3. NO NEED FOR CHILD CARE. 

As a momma of two sweet boys under two, I don’t get much alone time throughout the day.

Instead of having to find a sitter for them, or asking my busy husband to watch them daily, I get to workout with them, during nap time, or before they wake up in the morning. 

You get the freedom to find a time with WHEN works for you.

4. WORKOUT WHENEVER IT WORKS FOR YOU. 

The wonderful thing about home workouts is that it is so flexible on when you can do it.

I know lots of people that get up first thing in the morning to get their workouts in solo, some that workout with their kids (that’s what I do) many that wait until their children’s nap time, and others until after their kids go to bed.

5. SHARE A FAMILY ACCOUNT WITH YOUR BEACHBODY ON DEMAND MEMBERSHIP.   

 I know many spouses or families that share a Beachbody account but still do different workouts.

Gyms typically require a membership fee per person or a family pass. Again, save money with an online workout streaming service.

There is also a HUGE variety of workouts, so you are sure to find one for everybody. Get your whole family moving together and having a good time with some dancing workouts.

6. THOUSANDS OF WORKOUTS AVAILABLE ON BEACHBODY ON DEMAND! 

There are so many workouts available on BoD (Beachbody on Demand). Whether you are into dance, weight lifting, HIIT, barre, intense cardio, there is a perfect program for you! Don’t believe me? Try these free Beachbody workouts!

There is such a great variety of workouts so there is always something for everybody!

Multiple times throughout the year they launch new programs to keep things exciting too.

7. YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER. 

If you have ever tried to lose weight before, you know that it is not easy. Accountability can definitely help you be successful.

When you sign up for a BoD membership, not only do you get access to the workouts, but also an accountability group with your personal coach!

This is where you can check in daily and get the motivation you need to reach your goals.

8. WORKING OUT FROM HOME SAVES TIME.

When I workout at home, it takes me one minute to get dressed.

I do a 30 minute workout, and then hop in the shower.

In less than 60 minutes, I got ready to workout, did the workout, showered, and got ready for my day.  

Driving to a gym, finding a parking spot, waiting for the machine you want, it all takes time and most of us don’t have extra time to kill. 

9. NO GYM PHOBIA. 

When I was in college, we had a free membership to our local gym.

I remember countless experiences of glancing around to see if anybody was watching me or my biggest fear, somebody laughing at me because I was doing something wrong.

Apparently it is an insecurity of mine…

I love being able to workout with this home workout program and not have to worry about other people around you.

This is HUGE for people like me!

10. BEACHBODY WORKOUTS CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE! 

​I love finishing something I start and I don’t like to get behind.

When I am in the middle of a program and travel somewhere, as long as I have wifi I can continue with my workouts. (You can even download the workouts and not even need the wifi)

The fact that you can take your workouts with you anywhere is so nice!

HOW TO GET BEACHBODY ON DEMAND?
