Korean Beef with Ground Beef

Korean beef is a staple recipe in our house. It is the perfect sweet and spicy combo and can be made in under 20 minutes! Your whole family is sure to love!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger shredded
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ onion diced
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and honey. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef. When you no longer see any red, about 5 minutes. Drain meat.
  • Add ground beef and sauce back into skillet. Let the meat cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Enjoy with brown rice, white rice, or cauliflower rice and veggies on the side.
