Korean Beef with Ground Beef

ground beef

cup
soy sauce
(or coconut aminos)
4
cloves
garlic
2
tsp
ginger
shredded

Tbsp
honey
2
Tbsp
sesame oil
½
onion
diced

tsp
sriracha
optional
Instructions
Whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and honey. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef. When you no longer see any red, about 5 minutes. Drain meat.
Add ground beef and sauce back into skillet. Let the meat cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Enjoy with brown rice, white rice, or cauliflower rice and veggies on the side.
