Butternut Squash

- 1 butternut squash peeled, scooped, and diced
- 2 Tbsp. oil of choice
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel butternut squash and cut into desired size pieces. Place on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.
Drizzle with olive oil or oil of choice. Sprinkle seasonings over squash. Toss lightly.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
