Butternut Squash

Oven roasted butternut squash is a wonderful and healthy side dish that your family is sure to enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 butternut squash peeled, scooped, and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil of choice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Peel butternut squash and cut into desired size pieces. Place on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil or oil of choice. Sprinkle seasonings over squash. Toss lightly.
  • Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
