PB & Jelly Protein Bites
These protein bites are absolutely amazing and make a wonderful treat if you are craving something sweet! They are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free!

- 2.5 cups of old fashioned oats gluten free if needed or oat flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein or more oat flour if you don’t have protein
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2 TBSP melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup freeze dried strawberries
Blend oats to make oat flour.
Combine all ingredients into a small mixing bowl using a wooden or metal spoon.
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Use your hands, spoon, or cookie dough scooper to make little balls.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
