Healthy Triple Nut Butter
This triple nut butter dip is the perfect compliment to apples and makes a healthy, balanced snack duo. It is also gluten free and refined sugar free!

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup cashews or cashew butter
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp flax meal
- 1 Tbsp honey could use maple syrup instead
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
Blend cashews in blender or food processor for about one minute. (Or use store boughten cashew butter)
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl with a wooden or metal spoon.
Serve with apples, pretzels, celery, oatmeal or on toast.
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
