Healthy Peanut Sauce
This delicious peanut sauce is great for any Asian dish including egg rolls, salads, and lettuce wraps.

- 4 TBSP peanut butter natural is best
- 1 TBSP soy sauce or coconut aminos if soy free
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger freshly grated or ground
- Water or milk to thin to desired consistency
Whisk all ingredients together in a little bowl.
Add enough water (or milk) to reach desired consistency.
Microwave for 30 seconds if it is too clumpy.
