Apple & Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfait
This yogurt parfait is the perfect, healthy afternoon snack. Packed with protein and fiber.

- 3/4 cup yogurt of choice- plain vanilla, Greek, etc.
- 1 apple diced
- PB2 powder
- sweetener of choice- I like agave nectar or honey
- optional ad ins- granola or chocolate chips
Mix pb2 powder, yogurt, and sweetener in a small bowl.
Dice one apple into small chunks and combine.
Top with granola or chocolate chips.
