Crockpot Beef & Broccoli
This sweet and spicy crockpot beef and broccoli is a great dish that your whole family will love. Serve with white, brown or cauliflower rice.

- 1 lb. round steak or flank steak sliced thin
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 ½ cup beef broth
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes or sriracha
- 1-2 heads of broccoli, chopped
Place steak in crockpot and sprinkle with cornstarch. Use tongs or a spoon to stir and coat the meat evenly.
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes. Pour sauce over the meat and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3.
About 30 minutes before serving, add broccoli and stir. Place lid back on crockpot and finish cooking.
Sprinkle with sesame seed and green onions and serve.
