This crockpot chicken curry is a quick and easy supper to throw together. It is healthy and still delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 13.5 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 cup frozen peas optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into crockpot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  • About an hour before serving, add vegetables of choice (peas or broccoli).
