Amazing Gooey Peanut Butter Bars

You will NEVER guess these gooey peanut butter bars are healthy! They are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. Simple, delicious, and healthy dessert that you can throw together in under 30 minutes. It doesn't get much better than that!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup peanut butter all natural is healthiest
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract not imitation
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease an 8x8 baking dish with spray and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Spread batter into backing dish and smooth top with a spatula. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until desired gooeyness.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
