Healthy & Delicious Granola
This healthy granola is a staple at our house and is ALWAYS in our pantry.

- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of nuts optional -pecans or almonds are our favorites
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup dried fruit optional
Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts together.
Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan. (You could also use microwave).
Pour honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well.
Spread onto a baking sheet that is covered with wax or parchment paper.
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. I normally stir after about 10 minutes.
When done, remove the wax or parchment paper on a rack to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
