I am not going to lie, I have heard about avocado toast for years and thought it sounded absolutely disgusting.<\/b> It never looked the least bit appetizing and it reminded me of the Dr. Suess book Green Eggs and Ham. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, I was put on a short term liver detox, which eliminated gluten, sugar, caffeine, soy and dairy from my diet. After deciding I needed to start thinking outside of the box of some of my normal foods, I remembered avocado toast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a texture person, I had to experiment a few times to find a way to eat avocado toast because soft and mushy wasn\u2019t going to cut it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most avocado toasts don\u2019t have meat on them, but meat REALLY makes a difference.<\/strong> I CANNOT eat avocado toast without a little bit of texture so sausage, bacon, ham, or smoky links are perfect!<\/p>\n\n\n
