EASY– This meal is simple to make, even with kids hangry kids, or people that don’t enjoy cooking.
CHEAP– Because this recipe uses ground beef instead of flank steak, it makes it a very budget friendly meal.
SIMPLE INGREDIENTS– This busy momma doesn’t do extravagant meals. The majority of the meals I make use ingredients that I already have in my kitchen. I put together a grocery list that I use monthly to stock up on the basics.

- Create a loaded sweet potato by putting the meat filling on top of a baked sweet potato.

- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ginger shredded
- 2 Tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ onion diced
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional or you can use red pepper flakes)

How to make Korean Beef
- Whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and honey. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef. When you no longer see any red, about 5 minutes, drain meat.
- Add ground beef and sauce back into skillet. Let the meat cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. I love to throw some broccoli florets in for the last few minutes to add some veggies.
- Enjoy with brown rice, white rice, or cauliflower rice and veggies on the side.
